Coach Justuce

Hello and thank you for taking the time to consider me as your coach!  

My name is Justuce, I'm a 39-year-old cisgender male, with pronouns he/him/his and I’m here to support you as a detached thinking partner and ally. 

So.... who do I work with, and what are the benefits they will receive by working with me? 

I help driven people who have become stuck, break through their barriers and live the full happy life they deserve.

I am a former Special Operations Army Ranger.  I served as a team leader in the 75th Ranger Regiment.  I completed multiple leadership courses such as Ranger School and deployed on 5 combat tours  between Afghanistan and Iraq.  I also worked as a private security contractor in Iraq and Afghanistan as a tactical commander on private security missions throughout Baghdad and Kabul. I‘ve traveled all around the world and the US. I‘ve also lived abroad in a few different countries. When I finished my 12th deployment and came back from Afghanistan, I went to school and got my Bachelors degree in Computer Science. I then began my software engineer career.  Since being in this career I've held the team lead in two different companies leading teams of engineers in the fast paced startup and corporate world.  I've developed many skills over the past 20 years that make me uniquely qualified for this coaching career.  I'm excited to share my knowledge with you, taking your story to the next level.  I look forward to hearing from you and working together!
